Gonna tease this here, ETA about 2 weeks after whenever I start working on it again.

Press the HOME key, it's under campaign and host settings. You can only disable anti-cheat in single player or if you are the host.

Also try lowering the polling rate on your mouse in control panel. Halo 2 has issues with high polling rates over 500.

Have you tried reinstalling your mouse drivers. Sometimes Windows 10 likes to install it's own proprietary drivers during Windows Update and break things.

Everyone was unbanned at Christmas, if you're still banned it's because you cheated since then.

Your FPS is too high, it's causing the game to register "hold zoom" quicker then you can depress the button.

Lower your FPS and refresh rate to a more reasonable level in the HOME menu.

Try changing the video settings in the HOME menu.

Then reinstall them.
