    SMG usually plays well for most people All the "H2V Dedi's" that you see on the server list are located in the UK, but are barely populated at times (due to the playerbase mostly originating from north america)

    Sounds like a monitor issue. Are you able to reproduce this with another monitor? Is this still happening after reinstalling the game?     Also the free version of fraps lets you record for about 30 seconds, more than enough time to get video proof. Anything else is an excuse if you can't handle that.
