I'm having issues with a message that comes up every time I start a new level in the campaign and when I pick up from my last checkpoint. Anyone know a solution?

So I recently reinstalled H2PC after not playing it for awhile and when I go to add my account when it says logging in or attempts to the game immediately crashes!!! I can play offline just fine but I really would like to play online every now and then. I need help!!!!!
