Can't connect to ANY servers

i cant connect to any server at all. ive tried changing my base port, settings rules on firewall, resetting IP. nothing. would like some help please haha used to play this game back on vista. im currently on windows 10

i also don't see any pings. does that mean my interwebs is slow af? also i can connect to user hosted games but not the dedicated servers

I belive this is a issue with some servers caching the user data
The only fix i have found is to reset ur Internet connection to refresh ur IP
Like if u run on mobile data then just restart ur handset or etc to get a new dynamic ip
