How to uninstall Project Cartographer?

So, as the title states, I want to uninstall Project Cartogropher. I've tried uninstalling amd Reinstalling Halo 2, and Project Cartographer follows me to the new install. Wjere's the damn thing hiding?

Go into your game's install directory + delete the two following files:
Xlive.ini
Xlive.dll

That will "uninstall" Project Cartographer

I prefer to just throw my computer out the window when i need to uninstall something, i uninstall the whole ting from mie life!!!
