Low FPS? Running on a good setup

Hello guys,

So I recently downloaded this and I have a pretty good pc:
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070-TI
CPU: Intel i5 5600-K
RAM: 8gb
When I started the game I noticed the terrible frame rate, I tried turning down the setting but that didn't help. I'm not trying to complain about the game at all, it's just unplayable for me and I'm not certain why. It runs at about 10fps. Please help

Have you tried playing in windowed mode, I have to play on that because of screen tearing. There´s a program called Fullscreenizer to make it full screen if needed too.

Also you can try changing compatibility mode to Windows 8 or something from the shortcut properties.

I'm having a similar problem. My PC (i5 3570k / GTX680) should run the game just fine but the fps are always fluctuating between 60 and 50 whatever is happening in the game, even on the menus (this causes alot of stutter ingame). Changing settings, locking everything to 60 fps, etc, doesn't work. Any suggestions?
