Keyboard inputs, including Escape but excluding tilde (not that I know any commands, so no that useful) are not working in-game: Campaign and Online both. The mouse works fine, and tilde works as well, and I can type things into the command console, but nothing else works. Not even Alt+F4 does anything; I have to use Task Manager to get out of the game. I can use the keyboard in the menus before I enter the game itself, too.
