Mouse don't work on full screen mode

Hi guys.

I have a problem with my mouse. and very simple: The mouse dont work.

But I can see that when i move the cursor sometimes the menu options highlight.

So I think that the mouse is work in some way. The problem is the cursor.

PS: In windowed mode the cursor work fine.

Anybody have the same problem?

If using nvidia go to settings in nvidia and turn off dsr. If it does not help I will look around for a fix

Buu, I have a RX470

Now I have Windows 10. The problem happens in Windows 7 only, I think.

So, right now the problem is gone. All work fine on Win10.
