Can I ask help from you guys?

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium. I installed my Halo 2 copy and copied the Project Cartographer launcher in the same folder where I installed the game. I tried the older version of Project Cartographer 2.1.2. and it ran well. I saw the Master Connection in the top left corner I saw the servers but I couldn't join in any server probably because now everyone else use the newer version of the Project Cartographer. I force upgraded from the main menu of the Project Cartographer and now I have the 2.3.1.0. version currently the newest one, however when I click on the play thinks a little bit and after that I get an error message related to KERNEL32.dll... So I can't even start the Project Cartographer now. I didn't change anything between the 2.1.2 and the 2.3.1.0. version. I don't know what cause this problem.

I hope someone knows the solution for this problem.

Thank you for your reply. The error message is the following:

"Can't find access point of procedure (K32GetModuleFileNameExW) in DLL-file (KERNEL32.dll)."

Have you tried restarting your computer then running the launcher again?
