Network tab greyed out

So I did a clean install of halo 2, installed the project. did forced update. even added a firewall exception, I have no antivirus on my pc. Please help. Yes, in the the top leftish corner is says it's connected

The game works, but I cannot see any games in the network server browser
- This can happen if the used by the game is already being used by another process. Close your game, then edit your xlive.ini file in the game install directory and change the port value to any other port that isn't in use. Restart the game.

Try to change port like 2000 or 5000.
And see if it works

Actually that's wrong.

It's greyed out because you do not have your game activated. The MF.dll that is provided in our project bypasses that requirement. Either activate your game (with a halo 2 activation key that comes when purchasing the game, or put the MF.dll in the game's root folder)
