TBH im confused

I recently installed halo 2 and project cartographer on my computer and found that my fov was too low. I then went and downloaded mouse thingy for a custom fov and didn't see the in game fov changer. I was able to play a few matches without being the best or worst. now i'm trying to log on a match but zero servers will allow me in. i have no idea what is going on and would like to be able to log on to the servers again. Im not really sure if i am banned but if an admin could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

use cartographer custom settings to change fov and crosshair. does it say connected in the top left?

it says that the status is online. but any server I attempt to join just gives me the unable to join message

you need to change your base port here C:\Users\USERNAMEGOESHERE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Halo 2
