Unable to start H2Launcher

When attempting to run H2Launcher (H2Shark) it stops working. I am running on Windows 7 and this is what the details shows.

So i know this issue is old, Have you found a fix yet?

I'm currently working through this issue myself. I had this working on my computer until I put in a different motherboard. I'm thinking this issue is hardware based.
I have re-installed windows, Cleaned all my .Net framework, re-installed. Tried different windows discs and versions. I have tried bios settings, It has to be something simple.
The program works on my laptop and netbox which were formatted using the same windows disc.
