White Screen during cut scenes and gameplay

As mentioned above the screen turns totally white during cut scenes, but during game play the screen only bugs out when facing in certain directions or when facing enemies. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists. I have absolutely no clue what could be causing this.

What kind of hardware do you have?

If you're using Intel then yes there are some issues with intel. try updating your driver's, windows and if possible use a dedicated GPU.

My processor is an intel i7 but my gpu is a 1050 ti.
