so i just have to create a lobby and my friend will see my lobby in the network tab ? also what will be my lobby's name ?

everytime i try to join an online party, either from the network or the online buttons, i allways get the mezssage "can't join party at this moment. please wait a moment and try again later" the party is labbelled as open

the activation link for my halo 2 cartographer account sent by email says the key is invalid or outdated, even tho i created the account 5 mins ago
