Yeehaw pardner lemme wrangle em up

No matter which settings are changed in-game, whether it be full-screen or windowed, changing sensitivity or mapped inputs, or running in administrator mode, My mouse doesn't work in-game. I can move around, jump, etc. but not look around, shoot, or throw grenades.
