h2pc_data.7z not present or blocked

Found out about this earlier and I am trying to install it now. Nothing in the faq about this and tried a search, so either this is new or I am just not seeing something.

After downloading and extracting the files from the link on this site, I go to run the setup. It told me the zip files were not present or blocked by windows. Go in, find the folder, hit unblock and the problem persists. Tried deleting and re downloading the file, same problem except the unblock option isn't there. Makes me think it should be unblocked. Don't know what else to do besides that.

Wanted to update and say I am an idiot. Double clicked the files thinking that would extract them, but had to right click to get them on my drive. Everything is working fine now.

I've been trying to install the game myself and am having issues. I first download the file, then kept on getting a corrupt zip file error message. I downloaded diskinternals zip repair and then I was able to access the file. I right clicked to extract and when I get about to 30% or so I get an error message. Ux80004005. Something about a corrupt or missing file. Can somebody provide me with a different download link or a workaround for this? Perhaps I should just purchase the CD or download a torrent file?
