go into device manager. network adapter/ rt click/properties advanced speed and duplex.. set to full duplex 100Mps full duplex instead of auto Energy efficent ethernet to disabled Green ethernet to disabled Power management tab.. make sure adapter controller is not ticked to turn off/to save... -

I have been having issues joining games and getting the live browser to load. Quite a few players have been having similar issues. Apart from not accepting the GFWL terms the other problem can be with the GFWL marketplace. If you uninstall GFWL Marketplace, download and install a new version...- Superter

Connection problems
