what if I was using a personal hotspot as a connection what would I do ? -

Every server I try to join says: You can't join this party. Please wait a moment and try again later.
Can't join any servers everytime I try I get this message. Try'ed re connecting my internet a couple times and it worked sometimes but now it won't work at all. I using my Ipads personal hotspot as internet connection.
