Can't get game working

Hi,

I am trying to get this game working and I cant. I have to sign into to live to start the game, that works ok. Then the game asks me for a product key, I get stuck there... So I then launch the game with h2shark which I just downloaded recently also, it asks me to register I click that then I get .net error thing, so I update .net as required but it still throws up the same error when I click register in the h2shark

Can anybody help me with this game to get it working, Thanks

Why/how do you get stuck at the product key point? Does the game freeze or do you not have a product key?
