Can't play with friends on my server-unable to join

I'm trying to play with my friends, but they can't join.
They are in the same network as i am (living in the same flat), but i would like to play with others as well (random people, friends from outside the flat)
I tried forwarding, but it does not seem to solve the issue, when checking the ports with an utility it says that they are NOT open, even though i forwarded them with a step by step tutorial on forwarding UDP ports.

So far i opened the port succesfully and people from outside the network can join no problem. I still can't make my friends from the same flat join me ingame, any help?
