Crazy low mouse sensitivity

I have tried with and without "Raw Mouse Input" from the launcher settings, and mouse thingy 1.2 (Revan114) and mouse thingy 1.0 (sndrec), and mapping/unmapping mouse movement to look and disabling "Enhance pointer precision" in windows and using a different mouse and uninstalling/reinstalling and every combination of the above, no matter what I do my look sensitivity in game is very low. Before the last update I was able to use mouse thingy 1.0 and it worked great. Anyone else having issues? Any suggestions? I'm stumped.

low sensitivity in vehicles is normal with raw mouse input, it is being worked on.
mousethingy doesn't work with the latest update due to anticheat, but again, this is known and it is being worked on.

there is no real yet fix but to disable raw mouse input or to raise your mouse dpi in windows settings
