Extreme lag help?

So I'm playing on xfinity wifi. I've been using it for a while with no problem but lately and suddenly, the game has become unplayable. Can anyone tell me some settings or something that I can change around to maybe get it functional? No joke replies pls -.-

Ok, so your using a free wifi hotspot for gaming.....and you cant understand why your connection is obviously being throttled based on the number of packets and bandwidth your taking up???

There is nothing to configure on a "free public" hotspot unless your gking to go call Comcast, and tell thm you need your connected IP port forwarded and unthrottled.....to which they will tell you to go fuck yourself.

Using a free wifi hotspot or anything mobile is worse than a basic Colombian wired connection.

Dude I've been using xfinity wifi for ever and only recently had a problem with it so I really don't think its the wifi
