Halo 2 online bugged?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if any of you are experiencing problems with halo 2 online. Today when I start the game it says I'm not connected in red and to check my firewall. The single player campaign is very laggy as well.

Is it me or is it the game?

Unfortunately, I had the same issue. I was connected just fine, but my game lagged insanely bad. I was forced to reinstall and I have not yet reinstalled Project Cartographer since most of what I do in H2V isn't multiplayer related.

If it's red, your game will lag because cartographer is attempting to establish a connection and cannot.

This is normal behavior because it's CONSTANTLY trying to make a connection.

This will only happen if
1. You're using an old DLL.
2. The connection isn't able to be established due to server being down, network issues or etc.
3. Your firewall / anti-virus etc are blocking Project Cartographer's connections to the servers.
