i removed stickyness weapon and added halo 2 e3 br

nvm i made it 3 shot burst unzoomed and one shot burst zoomed... you can shot faster one shot if you can pull the trigger fast enough... id like to make it so the damage effect from trigger raises each shot up a bit so your not shooting same place over and over

in HCE its under in firing damage effect under permanent camera impulse just adjust the angle
