Just wanted to say hi, I've been a big fan of Halo for a long time, so hearing that the PC version had online capability again I naturally jumped at the chance to play it, as I never got to play it when it was officially online. Hoping to see more people playing

You should be able to find populated games, this varies on the time zones of course, but you can always ask if people are willing to play in the discord server.
