I have a problem with downloading

Hello, guys! I need your help.

1) I cannot download h2online.exe. When I click on the downloading link from this page https://github.com/FishPhd/H2V-Online-L ... ag/0.1.0.3 then I see a page with an error. (the second screen)

2) On the main page of Project Cartographer in DOWNLOAD tab there are two links. So do I need to download Halo 2 Vista Update from the second link or it's enough to download only h2online.exe? (the first screen)

H2online.exe has now been discontinued. The repository was deleted meaning that it's now rendered useless. Don't ask why/how it was deleted.
