Yep, the master server seems to be down or broken, Xbox Support has been notified. No ETA available.

I have a feeling that they are trying to take it down quietly, but hopefully that is not the case.

Just got in contact with Xbox Support via Twitter about the master server issue. Hopefully we can get a server restart and have the game browser working again. For the time being, does custom games via Game Invites work?

Was your game activated through H2 Shark? If so, you would need to re-run Shark as administrator (right click on the launcher.exe) and then go to Settings > Deactivate and then Activate. You may have to do this several times before it kicks in completely.

Did someone help you out with your issue? Definitely a weird one for sure.

If you are still having issues, I do suggest getting TeamViewer and TeamSpeak and joining our TeamSpeak at ts.h2pc.org, that way we can figure out what is going on.

I am sure someone out there likes to achievement boost, I just don't know of anyone at the moment. From what I know, several people did when H2V started getting popular again.

In Shark, under Settings, there is a "Reset PCID" option which may help correct this problem. Just click on it and then go back to Main > Play Game > Register/Login.

Hello, does anyone here have the hit detection server mod for H2V? It's the one that causes the spartan's shields to glow based off their armor color and makes noticing hits landing easier.

So I am still running into issues with custom maps. As you will notice in the match sections, I use the map name not the filename and I get warning "Map missing or invalid " on each custom map. All the custom maps are in halo 2 dedicated server/custom maps and even in halo 2 dedicated...

I tried that after I posted and still getting invalid map. This is what I have: [match] variant =FFA map =desolation.map The playlist does not contain any valid matches map missing or invalid And I did create the FFA variant within the playlist file too.
