Okay so im trying to create an account but it says they sent me an email to verify but its day 3 and i still didnt got the email

I open up the game for the first time in months, and attempt to log in. I receive the above error. How can I recover my account and get back to playing again?

When I try to add account, and then go into username it crashes. Anyone know a fix for this?
