Cannot log in or even access Cartographer .online via a browser.

Hi,

I've had an account for several weeks and have enjoyed the game. However, I can no longer connect to cartographer online via the game itself or even just through a browser. I don't think it's a banning issue (unless they ban the most useless players then it's a banning issue) but has anyone come across this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled but no joy.
