try recreating the account using the game interface. it may be one of the following possibilities:
* your account is from before the 0.4 update. accounts have been reset at that point.
* you have made an account on the forums, but not in-game. currently, the accounts system in-game is seperate from the forums one.
* a mistake on your end. if you try creating your account but your name/e-mail is already taken, it might be a small spelling mistake.
