Can’t log in to account in game as it will crash help!

So I recently reinstalled H2PC after not playing it for awhile and when I go to add my account when it says logging in or attempts to the game immediately crashes!!! I can play offline just fine but I really would like to play online every now and then. I need help!!!!!

I solved the problem I closed my account and created a new one. Now I don’t have a problem.
