Can't see every server in the list. Only about half

So, comparing the server list to my partner, I can see that he has a lot more games available than I do. About twice as much. I've tried changing my ports and forwarding them, and messing with the firewall. The only difference between our computers is that his has Windows 10 and I have Windows 7. We don't have problems playing on the same network, one of us just switches to wifi and it works as normal. I just don't have the full server list.. not sure what else to try. Any help is appreciated!

Pic is what I can view. Sometimes I can scroll down and see one or two more games.

this will be fixed once the server list gets an update. currently there is no known fix except trying another connection (like wired instead of wifi)

it's linked to the fact that this server list was made for LAN play, not with so many servers in mind (I believe).

some people have a flickering server list, some people only see a part of the server list, some people have no problem. it's a known issue.
