h2launcher.exe crashing?

So apparently, I can't start h2Launcher.exe, because it says "H2Launcher.exe has stopped working." I really don't know why, as it worked a while before. Lots of changes have gone through my pc, but I reinstalled Halo 2, GFWL, new drivers, etc. I can't find a reason for it to stop. Any help? Has anyone else had this problem?

Yeah it's going to be a lot of internal changes on functionality. And a few external features. some removed, some added.
