Help w/ Co-op Mod on Project Cartographer

Hey everyone, I'm still alive...
Just need some help running the co-op mod with project cartographer. My brother and I have both installed the Main Menu Mod and the latest Project Cartographer patch. One of us is able to host the lobby and the other can see it, however, after pressing on it to join it thinks about it for a moment and then says "unable to join the lobby at this time, try again later".
We are on the same I.P, maybe that's an issues? I dunno ~
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance. Cheers.

Are you both on the same network as eachother?

If so, I'd recommend that you see the Connectify guide. Coop doesn't work, just so you know so expect bugs (Not to mention current tools have the capacity to screw up real bad)
