How do I log in to the game?

I have an account (as you can probably tell) but when I open the game an click "Add Account" and type all my log-in info, it says

INVALID ACCOUNT
The Username or Email Address is not one of an existing account. Please check your spelling or create a new account if you don't have one already.

I have already made sure that I was spelling everything correctly.
