How to set up gun game?

I read in the ini file to set
gungame= 1 in xlive.ini

but how do I acually set up the game mode as it doesn't seem to have added any options for me.

1. You don't have to touch that.
2. Same way as infection. You just create a slayer gametype named GunGame and host. Gametype has issues though so don't expect much.
