Got logged off after an update to Cartographer and I forgot my password. I've gone through the login credential recovery process twice at the Cartographer site, but haven't received any emails with my info. Yes, I've waited the ten minutes and checked the spam folder. I've also tried creating a new account, but it won't let me because the email is already in use, of course. Not sure how to proceed from here.
