How to use it when I am not connecting to internet, when I start the game I stuck at login page and showing error.
Also, how to activate the vsync because I cannot press the vsync button

H2 Shark has been discontinued.

Force V-sync in your graphics control panel (Search up your graphics card followed by 'Force V-Sync')

halo 2 itself has its vsync enabled by default

Yeah, but if you use a Graphics card, sometimes its disabled by default.

Besides, its good practice to force/not force V-Sync anyway
