Yeah, I've played halo 2 on PC since 2008. And I learned the doubleshot and quadshot in the 2010.
I've seen every kind of hackers and I know what can they do and what they can't.

Also I've pwn'd the guy that you are reporting. I thought he was using macros or something, but I doubt it since I've seen that he's bad at aiming. (You can't aim very well while doing quadshots, unless you use macros that I consider as cheating.)

You can aim before you do quads, so you can kill fast in that way, but not during the burst. Becuz you have to use right hand to do the RRXYY-RRXYY and move the right stick same time.

Before you do some quads, you can aim where your opponent will be (you have to see first how's he moving and where is he going to), afther that, do your quadshot while you move the left stick (that way you can follow the opponent and aimassist helps you with that) Like this:
